First Montana Bank opened for business May 15, 1913 in Libby, Montana as First State Bank of Libby. In 1963 the Bank converted to a National Charter and became First National Bank of Montana. On January 1, 2010, the Bank made the decision to convert to a State Charter as First Montana Bank.
